Astaxanthin is fat soluble and should be taken with meals for best absorption. Astaxanthin is absorbed, together with fat-soluble vitamins, and it is therefore also necessary that the meal contains fat.
Recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as an alternative to a varied diet. Store at room temperature out of the reach of small children.
